Special Rate

Participants in the Bilbao Tango Festival 2026 can stay at a special rate at the iconic Hotel URH Palacio Oriol, the event's main venue. Offer valid for stays of 2 nights or more.

The prices listed are for standard rooms on floors one, two and three.

The rooms located in the Palace tower are superior, some with balconies, others with terraces, and are available for a supplement of €15, €25, and €35 per night. Please inquire at the hotel if you are interested in one of these rooms. Small dogs are welcome for an additional fee per night. Parking spaces can also be reserved for an additional fee.

⚠️ Important:

In the surrounding area you will also find many bars and restaurants with varied menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
From Thursday to Sunday we have planned pintxo routes in local bars starting at 10:30 a.m. Sweets, chips, fruit, and tea will be available at the milongas.

The Palacio Oriol is located between the towns of Santurtzi and Portugalete—two very unique and beautiful corners of Bilbao. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the Peñota metro station and a one-minute walk from the Peñota train station. Kabiezes, Santurtzi, and Portugalete metro stations are also within a 20-minute walk.

It's a busy area, full of restaurants, bars, and other accommodation options.

Puente Colgante Hotel Boutique is a 12-minute walk along the estuary from Palacio Oriol. We personally recommend it for its proximity and quality for festival attendees.
