Beginners Classes in Argentine Tango

We have well-structured introductory tango courses with a group of highly engaged and friendly students! In just one semester, you'll have learned the basics of tango and can progress to the next level. Beginners classes are available every day, Monday through Saturday, in Deusto, Sopelana, and Urduliz.

Intermediate Argentine Tango Classes

These classes will be perfect for you if you've been dancing for a few years and want to continue improving your performance. We'll continue working on useful dance floor sequences, combined with an in-depth review of biomechanics, dance technique, and musicality. Available Monday through Saturday in Deusto and Urduliz.

Laboratory

We've formed a special research group for dance partners in Deusto. You must have a well-formed dance with a well-developed technique. We'll explore topics such as dynamics, musicality, and how to use different techniques to achieve different effects and cadences.

Private classes are a way to quickly progress with your dance. We pay close attention to each individual's needs and how to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. You can take classes with Borja, Chris, or both of them together, individually or as a couple.

We're choreographers as well as dancers, and we've worked with more than ten couples to make their wedding the most magical day of their lives. With a package of five private lessons, you can have an original and unique wedding dance, whether it's tango, salsa/bachata, or a mix of different rhythms.

Zumba and Functional Training in Urduliz

A combination of three elements: Zumba, functional training, and stretching. Perfect if you live in the Uribe Kosta area and are looking for a nearby place to move your body with joy, get in shape, and relieve pain, Zumba Fit classes with Chris in Urduliz are the perfect place!

Zumba Fit is a full hour and a quarter class using HIIT, classic Zumba, and then yoga-style stretching.

We offer morning and afternoon classes available Tuesday through Saturday. We offer a flat-rate monthly pack (as many sessions as you want) or once a week class pack with flexible scheduling. This class guarantees a comprehensive workout of muscle strengthening, flexibility, and cardio to get you in shape and relieve pain.

Daniela Gravelli, a licensed psychologist and yoga graduate, combines elements of yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness for a special class at Uribe Kosta.
For those living in Urduliz, Laukiz, Sopelana, or Plentzia,
 you have guided classes nearby that will give you a complete reset of your body and mind.

The goal of Pilates exercises is to strengthen both the stabilizing muscles and large muscle groups to protect the body from pain. Yoga elements serve to improve posture, strengthen muscles, and improve flexibility. Dani integrates mindfulness into this class, which involves practicing techniques to focus attention on the present moment.

Overall, this class is perfect for achieving body-mind relaxation, improving coordination and concentration, reducing body aches, and reducing the stress of our daily lives.
