Mindfulness-Yoga-Pilates

This class is a combination of Mindfulness, Yoga and Pilates.

You'll find a space where you can connect with your body and your mind, learning to recognize the signs of stress and well-being so you can gently care for yourself.

The class aims to awaken and tone the body, increasing flexibility and releasing tension.

To do this we will combine yoga, pilates and mindfulness.

In full respect and listening to the different bodies and levels of practice. Come, try it, and connect with the well-being that comes from a healthy body-mind relationship.

This is a class for all levels, focused on healing both body and mind. Groups are small, with a maximum of 8 people, so classes can be customized to each individual's level, pain, and needs.

Monday: 09:15 to 11:00

Who is the teacher?

Daniela Garavelli, licensed and practicing expressive psychotherapy and art therapy in the Uribe Kosta area.

Trained in Zen meditation and mindfulness to reduce stress, she quickly completed yoga nidra and hatha yoga instructor training courses. In short, Daniela is fully trained and experienced in helping you work holistically with your body and mind to reduce stress and reset your body so you can cope with your daily routine.

What do I have to bring to class?

Comfortable clothes.

We have mats in our studio for you to use. Bring one if you prefer to use your own.
