1. CANCELLATION POLICY
– Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received until August 15, 2026 , less a 5% handling fee.
– After that date, there will be no refunds.
– You can change the name on your registration if you notify us by email (subject to approval).
– If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer you:
a) use the amount for a future event, or
b) request a refund with a 3.5% withholding tax.
2. RESPONSIBILITY
The organization is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
3. IMAGE RIGHTS
By participating, you agree that we may use photos or videos of you from the event to promote future Querido Tango Bilbao events.
